Vivanzo was born from a conviction: that Madrid's real estate market needs agents who work for the owner, not for the commission. Agents who tell the truth about pricing, who report every week, and who don't disappear after signing the mandate.
Each agent manages a maximum of 3 properties simultaneously. This allows us to dedicate a complete team to each transaction and measure ourselves by the result of each one.

It seems obvious, but in practice most agencies prioritise closing fast over closing well. We work for the owner's result, not for portfolio turnover.
Transparency is non-negotiable.
Clear commission from day one. Friday report. Access to every piece of data we handle. If you don't know exactly what's happening with your property, something is wrong.
Maximum 3 properties per agent.
An advisor managing twenty mandates cannot dedicate the attention a property of this level deserves. We limit to 3 properties per agent so that each transaction receives a complete team.
